To enable forwarding on your extension,

Dial "*72" for a dial tone.
Wait for the voice prompt to enter the number to forward to.
If you are forwarding to an outside number, you must put a 9 in first then enter your phone number followed by the # key. If you are forwarding to an internal extension, just enter the extension followed by the # key.
Wait for confirmation message.
