Chromebook will not get on the WIFI network

Check to ensure that the Private Address settings for the WIFI network is turned off.
To do this, go to the settings then network then the WIFI network (HartWIFI or HartStudent).
Find the Private Address option and make sure it is turned off.
If that does not fix it, call the Technology Helpdesk at x71555.
